South Wonston Primary School is excited to be opening a brand-new nursery this April! We are now looking for an experienced, inspirational Nursery Lead to lead this exciting new venture from the very start.

We are a highly inclusive school community with a strong ethos of nurture, challenge, inspiration and achievement. As Nursery Manager, you will lead our new nursery provision with vision and creativity—helping to shape a setting that gives every child the best possible start in their learning journey.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has proven experience as a Nursery Manager/Lead or in a similar leadership role within Early Years

  • Can lead a team with confidence, warmth and professionalism

  • Is passionate about Early Years development and committed to achieving the very best outcomes for all children

  • Is highly organised, proactive, and excited to build something special from the ground up
